Gameskraft Introduces Safety Ambassadors League For Employee Well-being

Gameskraft Technology, an Indian online skill-based gaming company, implemented the Safety Ambassadors League initiative. This program aims to empower employees to become proactive safety advocates, ensuring their well-being and that of their loved ones.

The league commenced with a ceremony featuring Retd. Deputy Commissioner of Police S.S. Naik, is a distinguished officer. The program offers a series of twenty essential safety training sessions, delivered both online and in person. These sessions cover various topics including personal safety, medical emergencies, fire safety and disaster preparedness.

Additionally, the inaugural personal safety session, led by Varun Rawat, Founder and Chief Instructor, Kavach Defence System, equipped over 150 participants with practical self-defense techniques. Capt. Shakil Ahmed, SVP, Organisational Resilience, Real Estate and Workplace Services, Gameskraft, addressed the significance of situational awareness, critical thinking and decision-making in personal safety.

In addition, the Safety Ambassadors League will extend its coverage to incorporate additional themes throughout March and April in collaboration with various partners. Usha Armour, a safety solutions company, will deliver fire safety, disaster management, and emergency evacuation training. Gameskraft will also partner with St Johns Ambulance Service to provide comprehensive training on basic first aid, CPR and AED usage.

The program incorporates interactive activities to reinforce learning and encourage teamwork. These activities range from practical simulations to educational games, creating an engaging and immersive experience for all participants.
